Required Registration Paperwork

Step 1:
Select from  New or  Current CCSD Students from below to complete Online Registration (OLR)
 
 NEW to CCSD ONLY:  
CURRENT CCSD STUDENTS ONLY
 Parents must register every year to update their information through their Infinite Campus Parent   Portal, if you forgot your login/password, contact Legacy HS to retrieve the information.
 
Step 2:
Once you have completed OLR fill out the LHS Registration Form below .
You will need all required documents to submit the form. 
 
Registration Required Documents
New or Returning to CCSD Students will need all Documents.  
1. Parent Driver's license
2. Student Birth Certificate
3. Student Immunization Records
4. Application Number from Online Registration
5. Proof of residency documents (Utility Bill) must be current.
If you are residing with someone please have a residential affidavit form signed and notarized.

You will need to include Homeowner's proof of address and Homeowner's ID
 
Current CCSD Students need:

**Per Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association (NIAA) regulation NAC 386.782, students attending a school on a Residential Affidavit are ineligible for athletic participation. Students may appeal this provision. However, an appeal is not a guarantee of athletic eligibility.**
