Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students:

Welcome to Legacy High School – A Global Studies School! It is our pleasure to welcome you to one of the top schools in the area.

Our primary responsibility is student learning and offering all students the educational opportunities that will maximize their potential. This responsibility is supported in our school’s mission statement, “Legacy High School will provide students with educational enrichment through an understanding and appreciation of being academically motivated, culturally diverse, technologically sound, and socially respectful members of a global society.” Today’s world demands students who think critically. We do this by challenging them in their learning experiences as they work to achieve their dreams. Within the graduation requirements of Legacy High School, you will find each student’s expectations to receive a well-rounded education. This includes a unique combination of rigorous academic standards and achievement in an inviting school culture.

The students of Legacy High School are provided with numerous opportunities to be challenged as they learn and grow through Career and Technical Education (CTE), and advanced placement courses. Students will also benefit from challenging classes in engineering and architecture, music, drama, information technology, business, cybersecurity, journalism, publications, speech and debate, ceramics, robotics, culinary, fashion, graphic design, and video production with many other courses. Additionally, in our alternative education courses and honors programs, students are ensured to succeed and be appropriately challenged.

Legacy High School has a long tradition of excellence in academics as well as extracurricular and co-curricular activities. One of our greatest strengths is the pride and support of our community, and our parents are critical contributors to our students’ success. We welcome your involvement as we work to provide the best possible education to the students of this community. I encourage you to contact us with your ideas, suggestions, and concerns.

Respectfully,

Legacy High School Administration
